Consulting for the bars & restaurants

Are you opening a new business? Your sales are low? Do you need a new Beverage program? Does your team need training? 

My long-term vision is to raise the hospitality quality in bars, restaurants, and hotels in Czech Republic to a level comparable to what I experienced in Manhattan. 

As part of consulting I can help you with the whole concept itself and then its transformation into reality. I can design your floor plan and bar setup so that it is as efficient as possible. I will help with the training of your staff, even to the level required to obtain a Michelin star. I can design the entire beverage program for you, including a cocktail menu. Our cooperation can be very intensive and long while we can see each other on a daily basis until we get your business to the point where you wanted it to be.  But it could also be a very quick cooperation - for example if you want me to create a new cocktail list and train your bartenders.

Based on our first meeting, I will suggest the next course of action and then it is up to you. 

If you want to do this beautiful work correctly, it is important not to miss any detail - even the one you don't know about yet. Asking for advice is not a sign of weakness, but rather proof that you are serious about hospitality industry and want to improve.
